With a background in clinical psychology, Mr. Cayton carried out his clinical internship at Stanford University's Children's Health Council. . Karuna is certified by the Hay Group to use their Emotional Competency Inventory. He is also trained in Masterful Coaching at Hargrove and Associates, and a consultant with The Global Consulting Partnership. He is a member of the International Coach Federation and California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. Karuna has experience with computerized psychological instruments such as 16PF, Assess, and HPSS. His established clientele includes executives from companies such as Aruba Networks, 3com, Martin Land Comp, FPMT, Onstor and others.
